  • Enter https://vidafarmacias.com/en/ 
  • Register and log in to make a purchase. You can also check out as a guest.
  • In the search bar, enter the name of the product you need. You can also find it through the medication category menu.
  • Once you find the product of interest, select it and choose the quantity of pieces you want for each product.
  • Add products to your shopping cart.
  • Review your order and confirm your purchase in the "Shopping Cart" button.
  • Select "Home Delivery" and add a shipping address or choose from previously configured addresses.
  • Choose your payment method: debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
  • If you require invoicing, click "Generate Invoice" and enter your information; you can also request it later.
  • After completing your order, you'll receive an email confirming your order number.

    Exceptions:

 

  • For controlled medications (narcotics and psychotropics), purchases must be made directly at Vida pharmacy counters.
  • When purchasing antibiotic medications, the portal will request the prescription information (doctor's name and professional ID). Once this information is registered, you can proceed with the purchase.
